I’m glad to say that i am very close to completing my line of four e-commerce websites. I only started this project two months ago and all I have left to do is upload products and finish writing content for all the info. pages I applied to my sites. I did this so that my customers could get questions answered and also so I could rank up for certain key words in SEO. Take in mind that I was also creating other sites in the process, three to be exact.
I left the content till last because I knew that it would be one of the biggest challenges to me. I was going to go with a professional writer but i soon realized that i was not in the right financial state to do so. So its up to me to make sure my sites present as professional as possible while staying informational and easily navigated.
I will admit that is has gotten easier over the past couple of days that I have been writing. The first day was pretty pathetic because i would write about a paragraph and then I would change it like twenty times before I was satisfied. Once I realized what exactly it was I wanted to say it became a little easier to write more with less changes, in turn speeding up the process. I believe that i only have the rest of the day to write before I am complete which sounds amazing because I am getting burnt out rather quickly with filling content to the point where I don’t even want to work anymore. NOT GOOD.
Which is the reason that i am writing this blog. I favor this site over all the rest because I get to speak my mind which comes naturally to me. It also allows me to vent if you will a little and usually once I have completed a blog I can get back to work and become more productive. I really cant complain though cause I get to do what I love all day everyday, and I dot know many people that can say the same thing.
I found a great forum generating program that I herd of through my room-mate Jon. It is an outstanding program although it was kinda difficult to install and start-up for me. It was probably because it was my first time doing something like that but I’m glad I investigated because it is going to help me out a lot in the future when it comes to creating forums in my future projects. Speaking of future projects my room-mate mentioned a three way business idea that he was talking to one of his other business partners, and was wanting me to create that site and do a little design work. The best part is that i don’t think I will have to fill content because Jon has a writer and the money to get the articles wrote, yay! And with that I have pretty much ran out of things to say, plus football is on. Be easy!
MY GOALS
1) Finish content tonight.
2) Finishing contacting wholesalers.
3) Upload products and tweak product pages.
4) Consult about new business idea.
